Hunan Tuochuang Polymer is a national high-tech enterprise, a specialized, sophisticated, unique and innovative SME, and a listed enterprise on Hunan Equity Exchange. We integrate the R&D, production and sales of high-performance functional materials, focusing on the development and manufacturing of special functional polyurea new materials featuring high tensile strength, temperature resistance, UV curability, extreme weather resistance, environmental friendliness and energy conservation.
We hold more than 30 invention patents and have built an industry-university-research cooperation platform with University of South China. Our R&D team consists of over 10 specialists, including 3 Doctors and 2 Masters. The company operates two large-scale production bases in Shaodong (Hunan Province) and Dongguan (Guangdong Province), with an annual total production capacity of 5,500 tons.
In the coatings sector, products are applied to new energy, construction machinery, automotive, shipping containers, wind turbine blades, heavy-duty marine and ship anti-corrosion, and high-end industrial and commercial flooring;
In the adhesives sector, products are primarily used in high-end applications such as tile joint sealants, stone adhesives, electronic adhesives, adhesives for film circuit assembly, new energy battery sealing, and smart grid insulation;
In the waterproofing materials sector, products are mainly applied to hydroelectric dams, water parks, and architectural waterproofing;
In the composite structural materials sector, products are used in areas such as glass fiber-reinforced structural materials, AI computing infrastructure, and humanoid robots.
